Memphis vS UCF

Hi Guyes,Today Good News,,to watch The Memphis Tigers (14-11, 5-7) are attempting to avoid the first three game losing streak in coach Josh Pastner’s Memphis career as the UCF Knights (11-12, 5-7) come to town tonight.

The Tigers have lost 6 of their last 8 games and desperately need to stop the bleeding after a loss at Tulane last Saturday. The last time these two teams met at UCF the Tigers won 97-86.

Forward Shaq Goodwin had a career-high 35 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists in the win over UCF. It was the best performance of Goodwin’s career. He dominated whoever guarded him on the block, whether it was the 7-foot-6 Tacko Fall or the 325 pound Justin McBride.

Memphis will need Goodwin to recreate that success tonight at the forum. He is averaging 15.4 points and 8.1 rebounds per game this season.

The Memphis defense will need to rebound from a month long absence if the Tigers are going to avoid a three-game losing streak. They have allowed 90 points in the last two games and have allowed 75 in seven of the last eight games.
